Job summary

SANKYU (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support shipment readiness, stock queries, and customer communications. You will coordinate between customers, forwarders and warehouse staff, prepare documents, and help manage inbound/outbound processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency and strong service orientation. Based in Singapore, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year in a related field, good communication, and a basic understanding of 3PL and inventory

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level and at least 1 year of relevant warehousing/3PL experience.
• Stable career history with no frequent job changes.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with customers, forwarders and warehouse teams.
• Update customers on stock queries and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and handle day-to-day delivery documents with accuracy.
• Communicate with warehouse team to manage inbound/outbound shipments and resolve issues.
• Ensure seamless communication between warehouse and customers for smooth operations.
• Verify and issue billing summaries to customers.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports for warehouse operations and customer service.
• Analyze data to identify improvement areas and present findings to Warehouse Manager.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties to support warehouse operations.
• Assist with monthly stock takes and report discrepancies.
