Job summary

PRIME-WELD DISTRILOGISTIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Admin to handle shipping and delivery administration alongside warehouse support in Singapore. You will coordinate cargo movement, maintain accurate inventory, and support day-to-day logistics operations.

Key duties include processing shipping documents, coordinating couriers and 3PL vendors, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely order fulfilment. Strong MS Office skills and teamwork are essential for success.

Responsibilities

Manage shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, DO, invoices, customs documents).
Coordinate with couriers, freight forwarders and 3PL vendors for timely pickups and deliveries.
Track shipments and update order statuses, flag delays.
Verify freight charges and process shipping invoices.
Maintain real-time inventory in the WMS for receipts, transfers, dispatches.
Reconcile stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
Generate picking lists and packing labels, verify orders before staging.
Communicate with warehouse supervisors and forklift operators to prioritise urgent orders.
Monitor warehouse consumables and initiate purchase requisitions.
Assist with customer service support when possible.
