Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level warehouse coordinator to support daily logistics activities at our Singapore office and warehouse. You will liaise with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries and collections, while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role emphasizes data entry and documentation, with a mix of administrative and hands-on tasks to support stock movements and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome and training will be provided.
• Minimum N/O Level, ITE, or Diploma.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with drivers and warehouse personnel to coordinate daily deliveries, collections and warehouse activities.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries and stock movements.
• Handle stock returns, including checking returned items and updating the relevant records.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse-related documentation, ensuring records are complete and accurate.
• Assist with inventory checking, stock arrangement and basic warehouse operations when required.
• Support daily warehouse activities with a 70% administrative and 30% manual work scope, ensuring smooth coordination between the office and warehouse teams.
