Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage day-to-day shipment coordination, order planning, and data reporting.

You will liaise with customers and transporters, handle cycle counts, and ensure accurate documentation. The role requires basic SAP/WMS experience and proficiency with MS Office; fresh graduates are welcome. Location: Multiple locations in Singapore; five-day work week, sign-on bonus, and fast hiring process are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
• Experience creating dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• WMS knowledge preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with operating processes.
• Coordinate with customers and transporters on daily issues.
• Plan orders to meet delivery/collection needs.
• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports.
• Perform cycle count administration.
• Ensure shipments are timely and orderly.
• Submit accurate shipment documentation; drive process improvements.
• Report non-conformances to the Executive.
• Lift 15–20 kg when required.
• Process outbound transactions in SAP.
• Receive in the WMS system.
• Other duties as assigned.
