The successful applicant will handle calls, emails, invoicing, and daily logistics tasks, including packing, shipping, and coordinating deliveries. Singaporean only, with GCE N-level and above, and willingness to work overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and replying for emails.
• Maintain of proper filing system.
• Liaise and follow up with customers on the delivery status.
• Issue invoices, packing list and delivery order (PO, DO).
• Perform daily pick, pack and transportation arrangements.
