Job summary

IL Network Pte Ltd is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, prepare shipping documents, monitor shipments, and coordinate with customers, forwarders, and internal teams in Singapore.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs, process invoices, and handle ad-hoc duties. Training on in-house software will be provided and a 5-day work week is offered at a central location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email timely.
• Prepare shipping and import/export documents.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Process invoices and billing documents on time.
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders and internal teams.
• Ensure operations comply with SOPs.
• Performing other tasks related to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
• Training on in-house software will be provided.
