HITEC SOURCING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dependable Warehouse Assistant to receive, inspect, and document incoming goods, and to prepare orders for dispatch. This role requires physical stamina and a proactive attitude, with a 5-day work week based in Pasir Ris.

As part of the logistics team, you will ensure accurate inventory handling, perform regular stock checks, and help optimise warehouse processes while maintaining a safe and organised environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-level.
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming goods and materials.
• Assist with the proper storage and retrieval of inventory items according to established procedures.
• Perform regular stock-taking and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare orders for dispatching and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with the wider logistics team to optimise warehouse processes.
