DAP Asia Pacific (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will process customer orders in the WMS, release orders on time, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.

In this role you will handle ASN/GRN for inbound shipments, monitor progress, update customers, and liaise with the warehouse. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and good communication are essential for success in a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and responsible.
Good follow-up skills and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues through email and phone.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Basic experience or knowledge in office administration, warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders in the system and ensure orders are released accurately and on time in the WMS.
Follow up on order-related issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
Process and complete ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) and GRN (Goods Return) for inbound shipments.
Monitor inbound progress, update customers, and send inbound reports to customers once inbound activities are completed.
Liaise closely with the warehouse team to ensure information and instructions are properly communicated.
Communicate with customers via email regarding incoming shipments, goods returns, orders and other operational matters.
Handle customer enquiries and ad-hoc requests professionally and promptly.
Assist in stock take reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
