HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Serangoon is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have experience in warehouse or logistics, we'd love to hear from you.

You will pick and pack, receive goods, and check quality. You will use WMS and SAP, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Forklift licence is a plus and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
WMS and SAP experience is preferred.
Forklift licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer order sheets.
Receive, scan, and put away incoming goods.
Check the quality and quantity of goods during receiving and dispatch.
Perform goods receiving (GR) and goods issuing (GI) transactions using WMS and SAP.
Carry out cycle counts and stock-taking to maintain inventory accuracy.
Liaise with internal customer service teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with safety procedures.
Support other warehouse duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
