Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for Material Handlers / Warehouse Operator / Logistics Assistant in Singapore.

The 1-year contract offers daily shifts with multiple options and potential renewable terms. Basic salary ranges 2,000–2,700 SGD plus OT pay, AWS, and joining bonus, with opportunities to contribute to efficient warehouse operations. Roles are located at Changi South / Changi North / Greenwich / Alps Avenue / Tampines, with day, noon, and night shift options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Height access and safety awareness for warehouse work.
• Basic understanding of warehouse systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all warehouse safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Maintain 5S standards within warehouse operations
• Perform inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and cycle count activities
• Conduct visual inspection of shipments and report discrepancies
• Inventory control, stocktaking, material handling, and documentation
• Update system records accurately and promptly
• Support supervisors in achieving operational KPIs
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Ensure productivity, efficiency, and work quality standards are met

Working Hours (can choose)

• Day Shift: 8am - 5:45pm / 8:30am - 6:15pm




• Noon Shift: 11:15am - 9pm / 1:15pm - 11pm / 1:45am - 11:30pm




• Night Shift: 8pm - 545am / 8:30pm - 6:15am / 11pm - 845am




• 4 Days (12 hours Shift - morning / night)

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all warehouse safety, quality, and operational procedures




• Maintain 5S standards within warehouse operations
