Job summary

Educare Human Capital is assisting a Logistics 3PL MNC to recruit for a warehouse operator in Singapore. The role covers daily inbound/outbound warehouse tasks, accurate inventory handling, and ERP/WMS use (SAP). Shift options are 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am, with shuttle services to Jurong or Changi.

Salary SGD 2,000–2,800 plus performance bonus and benefits. 1–2 years logistics experience; forklift license preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
• Proficient with ERP and WMS (SAP) for inventory and order management.
• 1–2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, sorting, dispatch).
• Ensure accurate handling, labeling, and storage of inventory per procedures.
• Update inventory records using WMS or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks and cycle counts; assist in reconciliation.
• Prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Load and unload goods safely; follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as needed.

Our Client is a Logistics 3PL MNC looking to expand their Warehouse Team to support their growing business.

Working Hours: 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am Shift
Working Location: Jurong or Changi (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)

This is a permanent role directly with our client.

Salary from $2000 to $2800 with Performance Bonus and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Possess a good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
• Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Forklift License preferred.
