Job summary

Educare Human Capital Private Limited is recruiting for a Warehouse Operator in Singapore. You will perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensure accurate handling, labeling, and storage of inventory, and maintain records using SAP and WMS. On-site role at Jurong or Changi with shuttle bus service available.

1–2 years of logistics experience and forklift license preferred. Join a dynamic logistics team and support inventory reconciliation, order preparation, and safety

Qualifications

• Good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
• Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Forklift License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Working Location: Jurong or Changi (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)
