Job summary

Our client is a Logistics 3PL MNC hiring for a warehouse role in Singapore. Location options include Jurong or Changi, with shuttle bus services at select MRT stations. Salary ranges from SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,800 monthly, with performance bonus and benefits. Permanent position with shift options from 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am.

Responsibilities include daily inbound/outbound warehouse operations, inventory handling, and using WMS/SAP for records. Forklift license preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
• Proficient with ERP/WMS systems (SAP) for inventory and order management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Our Client is a Logistics 3PL MNC looking to expand their Warehouse Team to support their growing business.

Working Hours: 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am Shift
Working Location: Jurong or Changi (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)

This is a permanent role directly with our client.

Salary from $2000 to $2800 with Performance Bonus and Benefits
