Job description

Job Summary

You will receive and release inventory, pack and unpack items, and assemble products as needed. You will organize and maintain stock levels, manage inventory efficiently, and keep accurate daily records. You will also ensure the workshop and warehouse remain clean and tidy.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inventory and release outgoing stock accurately to support workshop operations
• Pack and unpack items carefully to prepare inventory for storage or dispatch
• Assemble products as required to meet operational needs
• Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure timely availability of materials
• Manage inventory using appropriate methods to track and control stock efficiently
• Update daily stock records to maintain accurate inventory data
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and workshop to support a safe work environment
• Perform other assigned duties that support inventory and warehouse operations

Qualifications

• ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels
• 5.5 days’ work week
• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Forklift license (a plus)
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Good attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Time management skills to meet operational deadlines good team player

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,300 per month for a driven candidate, plus up monthly transportation allowance SGD 250 and Mobile Phone Allowance SGD 50. In addition, the Company provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month’s salary. The Company offers group medical insurance and annual health and fixed benefit program for confirmed employees.
