We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe, efficient, and orderly warehouse environment, while ensuring accurate inventory control and timely order fulfillment. This position offers opportunities to collaborate with multiple departments and contribute to seamless customer service.
Order Processing: Receive and review daily orders from the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
Picking & Packing: Efficiently pull, pack, and ship orders within specified timeframes.
Inventory Control: Record stock location orders, track material quantities in the system, and assist with physical inventory counts.
Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Services, Sales, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Risk & Quality Reporting: Report potential risks, issues, or product defects promptly to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
Housekeeping & Safety: Keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations clean and organized; follow all procedures, rules, and safety regulations.
Additional Duties: Take on special projects or evolving responsibilities as assigned by management.
Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent.
Prior warehousing experience preferred; training will be provided for candidates without direct experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and perform physical tasks.
Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and accuracy in handling inventory.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Understanding of proper safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices.
