Job summary

VFI Food Pte Ltd. is seeking a reliable Warehouse / Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods. You will help maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

You will work Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in a chill/freezer environment, with opportunities to use a Warehouse Management System and develop logistics coordination skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
• Capable of physical and manual handling duties.
• Comfortable working in a chiller and freezer environment.
• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing and issuing raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
• Pick, pack and label products according to order requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of food products with hygiene standards.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Support loading/unloading and storage of goods as required.
• Handle goods in freezer/cold-room environments following safety procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness and safety.
• Support logistics coordination and delivery schedules.
• Adhere to workplace safety, company policies and SOPs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Working Days & Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing and issuing raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick, pack and label products in accordance with order requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of food products in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with loading and unloading, inspect and store of goods as required.
• Handle goods in freezer and cold-room environments in accordance with safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Perform regular housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized warehouse.
• Support logistics coordination and delivery schedules.
• Comply with workplace safety, company policies and SOPs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Working Days & Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00am –5:00pm

Job Requirements
