Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Singapore facility. You will handle receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, maintain accurate records, and operate in-house computer systems.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, basic computer skills, and good teamwork. Forklift licence is preferred and full compliance with safety standards is expected.

Qualifications

• ITE, GCE ‘N’ or ‘GCE ‘O’ equivalent with minimum 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be proficient in computer skills
• Must have the ability to effectively work with people in a team environment and at various levels of the organization.
• Must possess verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Forklift licence will be preferable

Responsibilities

• Take instructions and order as directed in the warehousing of raw materials and/or finished goods in a single facility.
• Receive and record all incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Follow instructions to scan, barcoding, document & etc all incoming and outgoing shipment of goods.
• Follow and ensure full compliance of documentation records, directional and safety standards, PPE etc. on site
• Take orders and direction, procedures and policies as communicated by Assistant Warehouse Manager and/or EHS Manager to all factory warehouse operations on warehouse performance and safety
• Operational on inhouse computer systems.
