Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Warehouse Admin/Customer liaison role in Singapore. The candidate will build strong relationships with customers, confirm daily inventory allocations, and coordinate between customers and the Warehouse team, ensuring accurate WMS records and organized shipping/receiving documents.

The role requires good communication, basic computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). Invoicing duties and inventory reporting support are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with and maintain good communication with Customer
• Run and confirm inventory allocations daily, managing inventory communications between customer and Warehouse staff, while assisting the warehouse team with inventory allocations in the WMS.
• Ensure paperwork is correct, matches the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents.
• Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities.
• Invoicing to customer
• Assist Warehouse Manager and warehouse team with inventory reports and assignments.
