Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations in a fast‑paced environment.

You will oversee inbound and outbound activities, maintain documentation, coordinate with warehouse personnel, transport teams and customers, and monitor shipments. Proficiency with Excel and basic office software, knowledge of inventory systems, and the ability to work standard shifts (Mon–Fri, with one Saturday) is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations would be advantageous.
• Familiar with inbound/outbound operations, shipment coordination and inventory management.
• Comfortable with warehouse and shipment documentation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with WMS/ERP or inventory systems would be advantageous.
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with warehouse teams, transporters, internal departments and customers.
• Meticulous and able to maintain accurate inventory and operational records.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and support high-volume periods.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to follow up on stock discrepancies and operational issues.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with the stated working hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inbound and outbound activities.
• Handle and maintain warehouse, shipment and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transport teams, internal departments and customers on operational matters.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and provide timely updates to relevant parties.
• Perform stock checks and ensure inventory records are accurately maintained.
• Investigate and follow up on stock discrepancies and operational issues.
• Ensure warehouse documents and operational records are properly maintained and updated.
• Support urgent operational requirements and high-volume periods when required.
• Provide coordination and operational support during 24/7 on-call standby when required.
• Perform other warehouse and logistics-related duties as assigned.
