Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Admin to build strong relationships with customers and manage daily inventory allocations. You will communicate across teams, ensure accurate paperwork, and keep the WMS up to date with all warehouse activities.

The role includes invoicing customers and providing additional support as needed, with a standard 5-day work week from 9am to 6pm at our Singapore site.

Qualifications

• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain clear communication.
• Run and confirm daily inventory allocations, coordinating with customer and warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure paperwork matches the WMS and keep shipping/receiving records organized.
• Update the WMS daily reflecting warehouse activities.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with inventory reports and tasks.
• Invoicing to customer.
• Provide additional warehouse support as needed.
