Job summary

Sim Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to support our logistics operations in Singapore. This role focuses on warehouse documentation, inventory coordination, and administrative functions within a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adapt to changes.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to supporting the team.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software is preferred.
• O-Level or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Processing and maintaining warehouse documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory records
• Assisting with data entry and updating warehouse management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and tracking
• Coordinating with warehouse staff and other departments to support daily operations and resolve administrative issues
• Preparing reports on warehouse activities, inventory movements, and operational metrics
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications related to warehouse operations
• Supporting the scheduling and coordination of warehouse activities, including goods receipt and dispatch operations
• Assisting with filing, organisation and maintenance of warehouse records and documentation
• Providing general administrative support to the warehouse management team as required
