Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Support professional to build strong relationships with customers, confirm daily inventory allocations, and coordinate communications between the customer and warehouse staff.

You will ensure paperwork aligns with the Warehouse Management System (WMS), update the system daily with all warehouse activities, assist the Warehouse Manager with reports, and handle invoicing to customers while providing flexible support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with and maintain good communication with Customer
• Run and confirm inventory allocations daily, managing inventory communications between customer and Warehouse staff, while assisting the warehouse team with inventory allocations in the WMS.
• Ensure paperwork is correct, matches the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents.
• Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities.
• Assist Warehouse Manager and warehouse team with inventory reports and assignments.
• Invoicing to customer
• Provide additional support as needed.
