Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with and maintain good communication with Customer
• Run and confirm inventory allocations daily
• Manage inventory communications between customer and Warehouse staff, while assisting the warehouse team with inventory allocations in the WMS
• Ensure paperwork matches the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents
• Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities
• Assist Warehouse Manager and warehouse team with inventory reports and assignments
• Invoicing to customer
• Fast-paced and able to multi-tasking
