Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Ward Service Associate to join the ward service team in Singapore. You will work with the ward supervisor and colleagues to maintain service excellence and ensure smooth ward operations, including stock supply management and deployment of WSAs.

The role requires a Bachelor or equivalent with at least one year of experience, strong service focus, leadership potential, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent with at least one year relevant experience.
• Excellent service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, independent and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on with good problem-solving and leadership to guide a team.
• Team player with interpersonal skills to relate to the Nursing team at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Part of Ward Service Associate (WSA) team and ensure service standards are upheld.
• Work closely with ward supervisor and team members to provide excellent service.
• Assist to ensure sufficient stocks supplies for ward for smooth operation.
• Manage deployment of Ward Service Associates in the wards.
• Ensure patients' nutrition and diet are met.
• Take directions from manager and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties based on operational needs.
