Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Ward Operations professional to coordinate the daily activities of the Ward Service Associate team. You will work closely with the Ward Supervisor to ensure efficient deployment of WSAs across wards and shifts.

The role requires a positive, proactive attitude and strong organizational skills to maintain service standards, support nursing staff, and meet patients' nutrition and dietary needs in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in operations, service, healthcare or a related environment.
• Hands-on, practical and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ward Service Associate (WSA) team with the Ward Supervisor.
• Coordinate and manage deployment of WSAs across ward operations and work patterns.
• Ensure service standards are maintained and patients' nutrition and dietary requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the Nursing team and stakeholders for smooth ward operations.
• Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are available for daily operations.
• Provide guidance and support to WSAs, ensuring tasks meet requirements.
• Own operational issues and drive timely practical solutions.
• Lead and support quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and standards.
• Build positive relationships across staff and functions.
• Carry out other operational and ad hoc duties as required.
