Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE O/N/A Level or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Administrative Support) / ITE Certificate in Health Care.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform clerical and support functions in the assigned ward.
• Handle medical records and bed assignment and census update.
• Assist in discharge processes and contribute to smooth ward operations.
