Job summary

Ideal candidates have healthcare administrative credentials, strong computer skills, and excellent customer service. Open to deployment across Outram or Sengkang Community Hospitals to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• GCE O/N/A Level or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Administrative Support) / ITE Certificate in Health Care.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform clerical and support functions in the assigned ward.

Job description:

Patient Service Associate

You will co-ordinate and perform clerical and support functions in the assigned ward, such as handling the medical records and taking charge of the bed assignment and census update. You will ensure that patients are able to discharge promptly, as well as participate in any other duties that contribute to the smooth operations of the ward.

Job Requirements:

• GCE O/N/A Level or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Administrative Support) / ITE Certificate in Health Care
• Proficient in computer skills
• Provide good customer service
• Open to deployment to other work locations e.g. Outram Community Hospital, Sengkang Community Hospital
