Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new and existing service staff on company standards, service procedures, and customer engagement.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely food and beverage service.
• Assist with table reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow during peak periods.
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations, including company policies and procedures.
• Assist in inventory control of dining supplies and report replenishment requirements.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily operational reporting where required.
