Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an Executive for the Paiza Lifestyle Experiences division to support the team in creating and managing exceptional experiences and events for our VVIP clients. The role blends admin duties with event development.

Ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in event planning; knowledge of golf and luxury lifestyle experiences is a plus. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to deliver seamless experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business or related field.
1–2 years of experience in event planning or related role.
Knowledge of golf, sports-related experiences and luxury lifestyle events is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare documents.
Event Planning Assistance: develop detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and itineraries.
Logistics Coordination: coordinate transportation, accommodation, and security for events.
On-Site Event Support: assist with setup/teardown and guest support during events.
Post-Event Activities: prepare reports, gather feedback, and process payments and invoices.
Marketing & Promotion Support: assist with marketing strategies and social media updates.
