Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an Executive for the Paiza Lifestyle Experiences division. You will support planning and managing exceptional experiences for our VVIP clientele, handling administration and event development to keep the team organized.

The role involves coordinating events from planning to post-event activities, with emphasis on detail, timelines, and vendor interactions. A positive energy and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related role.
• Knowledge of golf, sports-related experiences and luxury lifestyle events is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling meetings, calendars, and documents for the Paiza Lifestyle department.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and itineraries.
• Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and security for events and experiences.
• Assist with on-site setup, guest support, and post-event activities.
• Prepare post-event reports and process payments and invoices.
