Job summary

Marina Bay Sands seeks a proactive Executive for the Paiza Lifestyle Experiences team in Singapore. You will support administration and event development for our VIP clientele, keeping the team organized and efficient.

The role covers scheduling, budgeting, vendor liaison, site setup, and post‑event reporting, with a focus on memorable experiences. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience are preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Assist Paiza Lifestyle with scheduling, calendars and document prep.
• Maintain organized records of expenses, accruals and vendor contracts.
• Handle client/vendor correspondence including emails and meetings.
• Develop detailed event plans with timelines and budgets.
• Research venues, vendors and experience providers for events.
• Assist with contract negotiations and documentation.
• Coordinate transport, accommodation and security for events.
• Prepare and distribute invitations, guest lists and marketing materials.
• Raise requests for visual media and post‑production support.
