Dynatrace is seeking a Strategic Operations & Executive Support Manager in Singapore, hybrid role. You will translate strategic vision into execution, build executive-ready decks, and own end-to-end reports for the VP of Customer Success & Service Delivery.

You’ll partner with finance, ops, and CS to deliver performance summaries, manage calendars and logistics, and drive cross-functional initiatives with high autonomy. The role requires discretion, strong governance, and boardroom-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in business operations, strategy, analytics, or senior executive support.
• Experience partnering with VP/C-suite leaders; discretion with sensitive contexts.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets dashboards and PowerPoint presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage VP-scoped cross-functional projects and deliverables; unblock blockers and maintain momentum.
• Run operational rhythms with the VP; track OKRs, planning cycles, and leadership offsites.
