Job summary

Temenos is seeking a Transformation Director in Singapore to translate strategic priorities into executable plans and drive delivery across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders, break down silos and ensure milestones are met while proactively addressing risks and dependencies.

This hands-on role blends strategy, transformation and execution at the executive level, with ownership for critical priorities, governance-free execution, and clear visibility to leadership on progress

Qualifications

Significant experience in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, strategic programme leadership or management consulting.
A track record of delivering large-scale strategic initiatives across multiple functions and senior stakeholders.
Ability to translate priorities into concrete, executable plans and assess feasibility.
Strong executive judgement to distinguish risks from operational issues.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into executable plans with milestones, deliverables, and ownership.
Stress-test execution plans for feasibility, timelines, and resource needs.
Drive delivery of the strategic plan with integrated visibility on progress.
Identify and resolve execution challenges by addressing root causes.
Break down silos and ensure cross-functional alignment and timely decisions.
Provide concise, actionable visibility to leadership with decisions required.
