PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior strategy and governance lead in Singapore to translate executives' priorities into structured execution plans with clear ownership, milestones, and outcomes.

You will maintain an overview of key initiatives, dependencies, risks, and commitments, and keep status actionable. You will support senior leadership forums by preparing briefing packs and decision materials, capture decisions, and turn them into tracked actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in strategic execution, transformation delivery, business management in banking industry.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion (including managing priorities and stakeholder alignment).
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
• Proven capability in governance support, management reporting, and milestone/risk tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Responsabilités

• Translate senior management priorities into structured execution plans with clear ownership, sequencing, milestones, and outcomes.
• Maintain an overall view of key initiatives, dependencies, risks, and organizational commitments; keep status current and actionable.
• Support senior leadership forums by preparing briefing packs, presentations, and decision materials.
• Capture meeting decisions and convert them into tracked actions, follow-ups, and escalation items where required.
• Drive momentum on cross-functional initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, resolving blockers, and keeping delivery on track.
• Monitor progress against milestones and proactively intervene when deliverables are delayed, unclear, or misaligned with expectations.
• Establish practical tracking mechanisms (e.g., dashboards, action logs, milestones) to strengthen accountability and follow-through.
• Support governance routines (management reviews, planning cycles) by providing structured analysis, updates, and recommendations.
• Track key performance indicators and initiative outcomes, highlighting gaps and proposing improvements to delivery approach and controls.
• Act as a central coordination point across departments to ensure consistent communication and alignment on priority workstreams.
