Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Singapore is seeking a Vice President to lead Digital & Design Business Continuity & Release Management. You will define, coordinate, and deliver both tactical and strategic initiatives, collaborating with global Technology, Product, Sales, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure platform reliability and secure information handling.

You will drive incident and change management, establish metrics, and mentor teams to strengthen resilience and client experience while operating

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar domain, including lifecycle leadership from discovery to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of product development practices and data-driven prioritization.
• Experience coordinating across business partners, technology, UX/UI, QA, and UAT.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-enabled tools/automation and applying them to processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response with prompt assessment, escalation, and resolution to minimize client impact; communicate with stakeholders clearly.
• Define and deliver the Business Continuity & Release Management roadmap to improve scalability, resiliency, and stability.
• Own release and change management practices to enable smooth deployments and controlled changes.
• Establish and track metrics for incident, release, and change management to measure reliability and risk.
• Drive control environments by escalating and resolving risk issues with durable remediation.
• Operationalize AI/automation to improve incident execution, client impact assessment, and reporting.
• Foster a security-first mindset through coaching and developing team capabilities.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Technology, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned.
