Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) seeks an experienced VP, System Analyst – Integration Specialist to join the APAC Payments team in Singapore. You will bridge payments requirements, architecture, and engineering to deliver scalable transaction banking platforms across Asia Pacific.

You will lead techno-functional analysis, data mapping, and delivery governance, shaping end-to-end integration designs with Oracle Banking Payments and related systems while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in senior System Analyst/Integration Specialist roles in financial services, preferably Payments.
• Strong knowledge of payments, clearing, settlement, and payment-system integration.
• Experience with payment hubs or processing platforms; Oracle Banking Payments/ OBPM/ OBPay preferred.
• Knowledge of payment message standards and formats such as ISO 20022, SWIFT, RTGS.

Responsibilities

• Plan analysis, design, testing, implementation, and migration with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business outcomes into detailed system, data, and non-functional requirements.
• Define end-to-end payment journeys, processes, and exception scenarios.
• Perform fit-gap, impact, and risk assessments across processes and interfaces.
• Own integration specifications, data mappings, and security requirements.
• Establish reusable API, event-driven, and file-based integration patterns.
