Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Business Management Vice President in IPB Operations Finance and Business Management to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence. You will lead critical projects, organize information for senior stakeholders, and collaborate with diverse teams to improve client experience and governance processes.

You will craft high-impact presentations, manage governance materials, and help shape the Asia private banking operations agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 7+ years in business management, operations or similar role.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver key projects driving operational excellence and strategic outcomes.
• Organize and present complex information using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Respond to executive requests for project management, business analysis and presentation development.
• Communicate with business partners to define project needs and drive next steps.
• Coordinate team activities, including town halls and offsites.
• Prepare materials for governance meetings and senior leadership reviews.
• Track and report KPIs with transparency and accountability.
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within risk frameworks.
• Maintain internal documentation on collaboration platforms.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
