Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of product to shape the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-assisted document, spreadsheet, and slide deck workflows. This fully remote, part-time role focuses on owning PRDs, roadmaps, and go-to-market launches, while interpreting AB test readouts to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning PRD to launch
• Experience translating AB test results into product decisions
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in documents

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution
• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Design or read AB test experiment readouts and translate results into shipped product decisions
• Prepare stakeholder and executive product update decks and summaries
