Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior product manager to own roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches for AI-assisted docs, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will shape product strategy, evaluate AI outputs, and drive cross-functional decisions with stakeholders and executives.

This role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20+ weekly), ASAP start, and a pay rate of $80/hour. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of end-to-end product management experience and strong written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritisation and launch execution
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, PRDs, and launch plans for AI-assisted docs, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows and stakeholder decks.
• Translate test results into shipped product decisions and iterate on features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and executives on product updates.
