I am working with a European bank. We are looking for a VP, Structurer to join their Structured Solutions team.

The ideal candidate is someone at least VP level in a bank doing a similar role in Credit Structuring or a Derivatives Lawyer.

This is a front office role where you will work closely with Sales & Trading to devise innovative lending structures for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for origination and structuring credit solutions for bank clients i.e. negotiate financing docs and liaising with clients
• Project manage new product development to ensure internal approvals and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of working experience
• Deep knowledge of credit related products (i.e structured repos, collateral lending, swaps, credit derivative transactions, syndicated and bilateral loans)
• Strong experience negotiating and managing loan documentation
• Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
