Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in application development and maintenance with full software development life cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end software development including initiation, specification, development, testing and support.
• Lead and manage a technical team delivering banking systems aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in application design, development and reviews to ensure conformity with requirements and architecture.
• Analyze impacts on current systems and implement optimal solutions.
• Maintain documentation such as SOPs and System Architecture Guides.
• Ensure quality and conformance to standards for deliverables and vendor work.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams on delivery.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and plan deployments.
• Identify and remove technical debt with minimal production impact.
• Apply data-driven analysis to identify root causes and permanent fixes.
