Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full software development life cycle experience in application development and maintenance.
• Strong experience in technical delivery and/or technology implementation.
• Experience delivering global IT capabilities.
• Experience with large-scale, highly available applications or projects.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI, TDD).
• Solid experience in system design and object-oriented design (OO/UML).
• Delivery and project management experience, especially regulatory reporting in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle from initiation to support.
• Manage a technical team delivering banking systems and solutions.
• Participate in design, development and review ensuring compliance with policies and architecture.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on technical delivery.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and deployment planning.
• Analyze impacts and reduce technical debt with minimal production impact.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to identify root causes and fix issues.
