Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Senior Programme Delivery Lead to manage multiple teams (System Analysts, Infrastructure, DevOps, release management) on an onsite/offshore model to build and enhance critical applications.

You will own end-to-end delivery from pre-project to post-go-live, drive cross-stream collaboration, manage budgets, and ensure quality gates in line with bank standards. The role demands 12–15 years of experience and strong Java/microservices expertise.

Qualifications

12–15 years of experience delivering complex projects.
5+ years leading large-scale projects and multiple streams.
Strong Java background with microservices design/development.
Experience managing onsite/offshore virtual teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Be accountable for end-to-end delivery from pre-project to post-go live support.
Lead multiple delivery streams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Plan, track and manage budgets and resources.
Vendor management and governance through regular meetings.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to understand requirements and design.
