Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of application development and maintenance with full SDLC experience.
• Strong experience in technical delivery and vendor management, onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development from initial specs to deployment and support.
• Manage a technical team delivering banking systems aligned to business objectives.
• Participate in design reviews, ensure architecture and standards compliance.
• Analyze impacts on current systems and design optimal solutions.
• Document SOPs and architecture guides; maintain quality and risk controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on delivery and milestones.
• Engage in agile activities including planning, estimation, and standups.
• Streamline deployment processes and risk management for production environments.
• Identify and resolve technical debt with zero production impact.
• Apply data-driven analysis to diagnose issues and drive permanent fixes.
