Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a Training Development & Design Specialist to build and deliver a suite of programs for Asia Pacific client-facing teams. You will shape content with stakeholders, coach SMEs, and lead workshops to help professionals become more productive and trusted Advisors.

You will collaborate with global teams, measure impact, and adapt learning solutions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while supporting senior executives and Japan-facing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
• 7+ years in Asset Management or Financial Institutions.
• Coaching and facilitation skills.
• Learning design and content creation expertise.
• Strong interpersonal, consultative, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to command an audience and interact confidently with senior executives.
• Active listener with insightful questions for business and learning needs.
• Ability to establish relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Flexible in fast-paced, agile environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong project management, organization, and time management in multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and deliver training content for Asset Management client-facing teams in Asia Pacific.
• Engage stakeholders to shape core content, assessments, and workshops.
• Coach content creators on relevance, knowledge transfer and impact.
• Host and deliver training workshops.
• Define and measure metrics to assess initiative impact and success.
• Market and advocate the training plan with key stakeholders in Asia.
• Leverage digital learning to complement in-person offerings.
• Manage multiple projects with different timelines.
• Collaborate with global Client Skills Team on programs at product, industry and professional levels.
• Share best practices for cross-program replication.
