Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in banking, asset management, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of trading flows, custody, or banking principles.
• Ability to lead cross-location stakeholders.
• Experience with project methodologies and data principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management, and delivery of platform projects with a clear roadmap.
• Manage a team of project managers and business analysts.
• Apply delivery roadmaps and drive continuous improvement of the team’s approach to change management.
• Document current processes and business rules.
• Model target flows and operating models using design-thinking.
• Manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and keep senior management updated.
• Collaborate with other project managers to manage cross dependencies.
• Drive progress against plans and mitigate delays.
