Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in project management and asset management, with a track record of delivering strategic change in a complex environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with third-party vendors.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with senior-level influence.
• Advanced project management and business analysis capabilities (planning, design, requirements analysis, risk management, governance).
• Strong analytical skills; able to translate complex info into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to secure alignment and sponsorship for transformation priorities.
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional programs, delivering on time and within scope.
• Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement scalable operating models.
• Provide expert business analysis to support delivery of client-driven, product, and regulatory initiatives with Tech teams.
• Ensure governance frameworks across the initiative lifecycle (documentation, risk/issue management, post-implementation reviews).
• Identify, monitor, and elevate risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Work with operations to ensure readiness and sign-off prior to go-live.
• Oversee communications and change management with regular status updates and executive presentations.
• Champion integration of AI, automation, and emerging tech to enhance outcomes and efficiency across the region.
