• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  
• Develop visual merchandise strategies, guidelines and standards to maximize performance of product groups
  
• Coordinate visual merchandise annual plan in alignment with clients' businesses and marketing plans to fulfill seasonal criteria, with consideration of newly launched products
  
• Develop presentations to increase sales through visual impact
  
• Monitor competitors visual merchandising techniques and incorporate effective techniques in business
  
• Monitor customer profiles and store sizes, identifying appropriate visual presentation for various product categories
  
• Evaluate all retail information, identify risks and prepare appropriate strategies to promote sales
  
• Coordinate with store managers on key visual merchandising efforts
  
• Coordinate with event and management teams and prepare innovative strategies for display
  

Requirements
