Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to handle Patrons’ inquiries via phone and email, and to coordinate reservations for rooms, flights, transfers, events and promotions with accuracy and courtesy.

You will collaborate with Sales, International Marketing Operations, Hotel and VIP Services to ensure guest requirements are met, maximize room revenue through up-selling, and maintain precise guest records in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Experience in Call Center or Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to Patrons’ enquiries by phone and email.
• Process room, flight, transfers, events and promotions reservations.
• Register Patrons for casino events, tournaments and promotions.
• Assist with destination dollar and sands dollar adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and VIP Services to meet Patrons’ requirements.
