Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking an Events and Sales professional to support the Restaurant Sales Manager, handling inquiry calls, identifying new leads, and assisting with client meetings and site visits.

You will maintain knowledge of restaurant services, review BEOs and resumes, coordinate with call centre and host teams for reservations, and help deliver seamless events with deposits and deadlines managed by Finance and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in events and F&B sales is helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Sales Manager in handling inquiry calls promptly.
• Identify new target enquiries by prospecting internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with client meetings and site visits when required.
• Maintain complete knowledge of services to respond accurately to guest inquiries.
• Prepare event contracts, collect deposits, and ensure full payments by deadlines.
• Coordinate with call centre and host teams for reservations and communications.
• Work with restaurant management to maximize bookings and event success.
• Read and understand BEOs and resumes for events.
